Well I believe so.. it has the capablilty to get onto the internet.. and it is a touch screen

yes there are ringtones... here on this screen with the pic and video... you have my pics, my videos, fav pics, take pic, record video, online album.. I hope this answers your questions.

ppl let me get you guys straight on something.. I never had the opportunity to use this phone, by the time I recieved it ... I already looked into another phone with my friend. Then the phone came. I said ok.. well I will just relist it no need to keep it if I am not using it. It is a very cute phone, and since I dont know anything else about the phone bc I never used it... I put it at a low bid. However as I do know there is nothing wrong with the phone in General.. its is great working condition and everything. I think it is a steal if you ask me. It is very cute and a nice phone so if you dont like it... then dont bid and it looks like emcknight80 is winning anyways leave it for him then. so have fun bidding I will try to answer as many questions as possible but I am just letting you know that I may not have all the answers. I am an honest person and if you have something negative to say then just keep the side bar comments to yourself..

its not an android.. its a simple phone.. I researched what I could and its just a plain phone with a touch screen and you can get on the internet
