Yes, it will remain in the packaging. It would be a mess, if you opened a package and all the wheels and small parts came flying out everywhere! I wouldn't do onto others what I would want done onto me. :o) It's giftable for a reason, because it's still in its packaging. The only concern and note I really made is that it's not collectible, because while removing the stickers, some of the colors came off. Thanks, fanned back. :o).

You do not have a track record of someone committed to growing Listia, As of this point, I will have to say no. Sorry. But if you do win the auction, I can ship it to your friend as long as that address is Listia verified.

If not, I'm not shipping. It has to be a "Listia verified address only."

From Listia's rule book:

"While messages can still be used for general communication between buyer and seller, they should not be used for sharing shipping information. In the event of a dispute, if we discover that a buyer or seller has not used the proper method for sharing shipping information, it is unlikely that the dispute will be resolved in their favor."

When I won an auction last time, it gave me an option to ship to another address? It wouldn't be through PM, it'd be through the proper Listia option to ship to a different address. Unfortunately the guy tried to scam me, and therefore never sent. The address isn't on listia, the guy is just a good friend. Whereas I have no references on here, I could pm you a link to a forum in which I am very respected, and have a lot of trading references, but if you're that bothered about the rules then no worries! I'll just have to talk to the only other guy I know that uses Listia.
I'm not really committed to helping Listia grow, since I'm UK I can never get anything, so I'm just trying to use up my credits and get out of here, seems to be much more of a challenge than I expected ._.

I am not bothered by it at all. I will make an exception to you as well, since you have already been burned by some false promises made by another Listian on here. The messages you said you sent to him were not on the auction's page. I suppose you PM those messages to him rather than post in in public view. Is this correct?

If you win this auction or any of my other Tech Deck auctions, I will ship it directly to you in the UK--pending that you honor your end of the spectrum, by providing to me a Listia verified address.

If you are able to accomplish that, then bid away. If not, please stop bidding immediately, because I will not be able to fulfill my end of the spectrum without you fulfilling yours. Getting your address verified is such an easy process. You enter in your address and it will either get accepted or denied. Of course you will have to wait 'til Listia looks at it first.

The truth is, I will only ship to Listia verified addresses. I play strictly by the book and will always play by the book, whether here or in the reality.

Get your address Listia verified and this will be yours! Well, you still need to win it first, of course! :o)

Thanks a lot! I think I pm'd the guy about overseas shipping, because they were large items. When I won the auction, listia gave me two options, to ship to my address, or to ship to a different address. I entered the address of my friend who lives in California.

Thanks for your help though, I just requested to have my address verified. Providing I win, how about you don't ship until I get my address verified? :) Not sure how long it takes, haha.

But yeah, I'm really interested in this since they're not sold in the UK!
