Appears to not actually be a "torch" lighter, but simply a lighter. A torch lighter would utilize a jet system and pressurized butane fuel. This however is run using a flammable lighter fluid instead of butane and simply produces a flame such as a zippy or a Bic might have.

Then again, I could be mistaken. However, the photos do not provide enough of a reference view of the actual lighting/flame mechanism to indicate the exact type of flame that would be produced by this lighter
