Offered for bidding is one of the last of my Grandmother's hankies. Measuring 8 1/2" by 6 3/4", it is constructed of a sheer light gray-blue fabric with machine-stitching, both on the scalloped edge and the floral design. The stitches are so extremely tiny and the orange-thread on the flowers is a tiny swirling machine fill. Nice! There are extremely light stains here and there, more of a light discoloration in areas, and a few threads are a bit wiley. But overall, it's a very sweet vintage hankie that would be a great addition to a collection or to use for an art or sewing project. Clean, pressed, no musty smells, eeeww . . . Grandma would be proud. ;)
