you wouldn't by any means know about what year this guitar
was made (if you bought new,probably1-3yrs prior) OR
country of manufacture probably Korea,Taiwan,Indonesia,etc. it might say next to Fender on
the peghead or sometimes on the back of peghead.thanks.

It says Indonesia, but no year.. I bought it new five years ago at Guitar World.

Squire is, indeed, a good beginner guitar...I had a Squire accoustic that played just fine, but gave it up last summer...preferring and old Yamaha with a more mellow tonel. Two Christmases ago I got a Hello Kitty Squire electric for my daughter for about $200....private party is the thing, though. Even though it lists for about $200, hers cam with strap, stand and baby amp. Good listing. Someone should be very happy

Whatever the shipping is, no matter where it goes, this little git box (I mean "beginner", I'm sure it's full size) is free and worth every penny for shipping. Great for encouraging young and old to explore their musical Muse....and excercise a little disipline.....though they, electics, play a little easier than a steel accoustic. Great listing. Thanks.

It is not a childs guitar. The dimensions are 40Lx4Hx14W. Sorry to say small. She moved on to a different model.
