how fine is it,compared to table salt. and is it live?,will be shipped wet?
has it already been in a tank and for how long..sorry about all the qustions but i need some good sand for a tank im starting..

Thank you for the great questions! The sand grains are between 0.2-2.0mm. The sand does come live, with the nitrifying bacteria. The sand comes damp, as the water is drained before shipping. This package is new and comes directly from the manufacturer, Crystal Reef Co. Instructions to the sand can be found at CrystalReef.org.
