I love this! Is it true to size? Smoke free home? Also I'm short and have a short torso, does this hit at the waist or lower?

I'm glad you love it :) yes it is a smoke free and pet free home also it is a large. I'm also short but when I tried it on it stopped at the waist.I'm not sure if it will fit you the same. I hope I answered your questions :)
