Very pretty new summer dress. Bought this and two others while on vacation but didn't try on till I got home.

Size XL but is on the small size of that, at least for me :-)

Audrey, it is not sheer however I would say that you would need a black bra and slip if concerned. Doesn't list material or washing instructions but I would say the fabric is similar to a stretchy nightgown in the way it feels. Very comfortable I would imagine.
