It's a "One size fits all" so I am not sure what size it accommodates. I have a pretty average size head and the one I bought for me fits perfect.

TY for answer my head seems to have gotten a weebit bigger when I put some weight on as my cowboy hat no longer fits me, that is why I asked this all important question. Tks again

It does have some stretch capability and should form to your head. My head got bigger when I gained this weight I have but my husband says I've "always had a big head", LOL!
