This is a foil balloon, its the red train from thomas and friends (sorry I don't know his name) I bought thomas,percy and this one for my sons 2nd borthday, but didn't realize how big they were and ended up not having enough helium for all 3. Very cute and any train lover will go nuts over it! 2nd picture shows the thomas one blown up.
