The listing, Unused 1960's Confederate Gen. James Longstreet Post Card has ended.
Offered is an unused 1960's American Heritage Engravings Civil War Centennial post card of Confederate Lt. Gen. James Longstreet. On the back above message area is the following paragraph: James Longstreet (1821-1904), from South Carolina, became a Confederate Brigadier General in 1961. He played a key role at Bull Run, in the Peninsular Campaign, and at Antietam and Frederickburg. He commanded the right wing at Gettysburg, and distinguished himself at Chickamauga and in the Wilderness Campaign. A great card for the Civil War teacher or historian, post card collectors of Civil War people, and others. The card would look great framed!
