It could, but the wings on the back makes it look girlish. Also, as stated above, it is 12-18 months, so is for an infant. Thanks for looking, though!

Yes, I am thinking it is true to size. Our boy is in 18 months, but this barely fit him, so am thinking he needs a 24 month now. Hope this helps! Good luck, and thanks for looking!
