The listing, Avon 1998-99 Presidents Recognition Program cameo has ended.

Beautiful blue glass cameo set in a silvertone mounting with marcasite and brilliant crystals. It has the initials RC at the bottom. Sorry, I just couldn't capture the the pretty shade of blue in the glass. It is in like new condition. A truely gorgeous piece of Avon history.
