this is an Avon Ring, costume and nickle free (won't make ya green) it's called Moon ShimmerRing

yes put more pics of it im new at this lol but let me see what i can do .All i really can tell you is that i wore it several times it never truned my finger green .And as far as the blue thing i have no idea. costum jewelery that i know for a fact.
