It doesn't say what generation it will fit. It just says will fit Apple iPad. I would imagine that it would fit any Apple iPad generation.

Looks like for the first generation iPad. It doesn't have a hole for the camera.

It only fits the first generation iPads I know because I bought the same cover from the 99 cents store for my 2nd generation but it didn't fit, it was very loose.
