I can only give you the information on the back of the card...it says...

"Modern day craftsmen using secrets first discover over 2000 years ago created this unique jewelry. This sheets of precious 24 KT. gold are treated with various combinations of heat and chemicals to produce all the beautiful colors of the rainbow. The gold is then embedded in crystal-clear jewelers resin along with pieces of genuine turquoise from the American Southwest and mounted in 18 KT gold-plated settings"

These earrings are new, and have never been worn, still on the original card and are called Genuine RAINBOWFLAKE with Genuine Turquoise.
