This is a costume my daughter wore a few years ago. It no longer fits her and that is why the bear is modeling it for us. It says it's a size medium, but if I remember correctly, it fit my daughter when she was wearing about a little girl's size 8. It does have a few snags on the top of the hat, but no rips, stains, or tears anywhere that I can see. I don't remember what the description on it said it was when it was brand new, but we painted her face ghostly white with black lipstick and we called her a "GHOSTLY TAXI-CAB DRIVER".
