well this is a x-box 360 dvd player u plug it to x-box 360 it plays blue ray dvd it for the older x-box 360 the white one

This doesn't play blu-ray discs or DVDs. This only plays HD DVDs.

HD (High Definition) is a different format than Blu Ray - like Beta & VHS - it cannot play both - only HD

I have (2) of these myself - They are no longer produced because 'Blu Ray' won out over 'HD' - DOES NOT PLAY BLU RAY!

Hate to burst your bubble , but the review on this states it is only a HD Player xbox did not make a blue ray player because of a war between HD and Blue ray if Blue ray takes over then xbox will release a Blue ray external player but the one mentioned only plays HD disks. Anyone with half a mind can goggle this . Beware bidders of false claims...
