Cute blue and brown tie dye size large dress, brand is Speed Control, New York. Has a smocked style back for a snug fit and a very pretty V style neck line. Also has lace detailing on the dress to seperate the tie dye colors, too cute! In EUC with no rips, tears, or discernable stains.
