This is in excellent used condition. Smoke free home. My daughter wasn't fond of the fabric, so it has never been worn. This normally comes with dress and hat, but I am throwing in the witch shoe covers also.
Rubies brand, size small (4-6). The shoe covers are child size.

From the neckline to the bottom of the dress and the length of the sleeves and across the chest? Thanks in advance, need to see if this will fit my little one who wears a 4t

Length from shoulders down is about 32 inches. Sleeves are about 15 1/2 inches. The chest is about 11 inches. Thank you!!

It still lights up. She wouldn't wear it so we only turned on twice. Once when I bought it for her, and once more when I listed. Thank you!
