The listing, Old US 2c Washington Stamp with Printing Error has ended.
Here's another older US stamp-- this one is interesting. It's a 2c carmine with George Washington. It has vertical perforations gauge 10, and came from a vending machine coil. Look at the top of the stamp: It was "mis cut" so a bit of the next stamp shows at the top! That's NOT a plate line crack, because it's only as long as the width of the stamp. I just don't know enough about these to make a correct ID, but have a look at the "larger picture" if you know how. It does appear to have a tiny bit of watermark. It is in used condition with a fairly light postmark. Looks to be free of damage.

This week it is ALL older better stamps from the USA.
Here's the bigger scoop: My mom and stepdad both passed away over the past couple of years, and I've been going through some of their old stuff-- they were both dedicated "savers" of everything. In some ways, I guess they were borderline "hoarders." My stepdad collected stamps, and this is from his collection-- although it's more like a giant pile of messy album pages and envelopes.
I think people should have fun bidding on stuff-- that's what auctions are all about! So the starting bids for my stuff will always be is FIVE credits, and we go from there, no matter HOW valuable something might be.
Thanks for your interest, and good luck!
