what size is it a kids or adults

I think it's a one size fits most. The band adjusts in the back because it's elastic. I tried it on and it fit me... and my soon to be 9 year old daughter also tried it on. I didn't want to stretch out the elastic so I didn't let the kids wear it around. I hope this answer helps. :)
