These are 35mm empty Film canisters. Oil labels were designed during the time Saddam set fire to the Oil wells in Kuwait. The Label are copped and cut to fit the film canisters to look like a oil can. These were designed back in 1991 during the time of the burning of the oil wells in Kuwait. There are 4 with the label attached one I have taken the label off. It can be duplicated by copy machine cut and attached by clear scotch tape.If anything these are Historic of the Era.
