One of the pages is torn on the left side of paging(see image I posted), and as a result one of the holograms is missing. Alittle bit of edge wear, However, the book is still readable. No marks or writing on book. Total of 10 pages. Dated 1992. Book measures approximately 10.1 x 9.9 x 0.4 inches in overall size.
