It's 8.5 I missed the 1/2 but I wear a 7 and they are barely too big for me. Women's shoes just vAry so much you have to look at brand as well American eagle isn't dep store so they will run smaller . The higher brand price the lower the size will run,

it should. I hate to make promises when it comes to shoes and fit because there is so many factors. I've fit anything from a girls 5 to a 9 I have a really cute pr of heels sz 9 that I wear all the time. but anything wedge I need a 6 to 6.5 running shoes 7.5 and flats 7 or u7.5 but i can wear little girls sz 5 sometimes 4 sandals and boots and boys sz 5 running shoes. It would be nice if america would standardize these things but I just keep in mind the more you pay the smaller you can claim. lol I should think they would fit an 8 but I won't promise anything. Wish I could be more help. You can always relist if they do not.

I have never actually done one with exact shipping. But It could be done bass on quote rate or delivery cod or postage due. It really depends on distance miore than anything. Personally I find it easiest to do fllat rate priority every now n then I save a penny or two but it usually evens out and tracking is free with priority.
