This is a used webcam. Does not have the stand but the webcam works and can be set up to work without the stand. It comes with the Logitech Quickcam Express CD (only one disc - have 2 pictures but only because the first was upside down). Version 1.5.0 for Microsoft Windows 95 and 98 but I have one just like it and use it on Windows XP and tried this one on my computer and it worked. Not sure about sound - you may need a separate microphone.It is an older webcam so the pictures are a little fuzzy and probably does not have some of the features the newer ones have - but hey - its free!
