Difference in this and chalking. Chalking is for a more colored look, it is also a bit drier looking. Dip Dye stays shiny.
Both Methods should be dried completely after coloring before dressing to avoid color damage to clothes.

Can you please upload a picture of yourself or real hair dyed. The pictures you uploaded are wigs/extensions , not real human hair

1st,3rd & 4th are actual DipDye & they are natural hair, Minaj pic is a reference to show the difference in chalking to Dip Dye-ing. Most ppl use Dip Dye ing for tips, not entire strand. Chalking is normally used for random strands at varying lengths. I may post 1 more pic. 1 & 3 are NOT wigs pr extensions, the 4th pic may have been lengthened with extensions. If they are human hair... Result is the same.
