Comes with sim card and is ready to go all u have to do is buy a $50 unlimited card and it is on! once its on u can change its # as it just ran out of time last week. im parting w/ this due to where i live its on roaming so i cannot use internet on it. if u r in a t mobile area u will not have this issue. screen has a couple of minor scuffs but nothing major also comes w/ charger but doesnt include memory card

Is it all touch screen or is there a physical keyboard? Also Can I buy one of the cheaper prepaid cards?

Its all touch screen no other keyboard and yes u can buy any plan u want. When I was broke I added a $10 card just to hold me over. I just chose the unlimited for $50 so I didn't have to watch minutes
