The Service provider is Sprint and its a PREPAID phone.Yeah it was mine and always was and i bought it from Smiths and when you run out of time you just buy another card to get phone turned back on.I will post a picture of it on for ya though

ok you got it from smith's which is kroger, sevice provider is iwirelesshome, which uses vierizon towers, i think you have to deactivate it, so it is ok for a new person to activate

Yes that is iwireless unsure about the deactivation though.Thought all you need is just time and the phone and your good to go.

Online specs say discontinued with sprint and boost mobile. nothing about verizon tho.

Unsure about that cause they still carry them at the Smiths Grocery store by us.but you might be able to get it set up with verizon though.
