This is a super nice Anolon Advanced Cutlery 5" Santoku Chef knife- never used or opened, still in original packaging. This knife has a soft bronze colored "sure grip" handle, and the forged blade is made of high carbon stainless steel. The box says that it has a "lifetime limited warranty", but I do not know what that includes. It is the perfect knife for chopping or mincing, but is sharp and durable enough so that it is great for cutting raw meat or fish. The size is good for smaller hands or smaller tasks.
