1. You can use any eyeshadow you have as an eyeliner. All you have to do is dip a small skinny brush into water then apply your eyeshadow of choice.( make sure you wipe off extra water before doing so). Bright blues and purples look great. Don't line your waterline with it though, you don't want to get the shadow in your eye and cause an infection.
