Yes, definitely. Usually if the internet or automated phone stuff say its invalid, you just speak with a person and you say you bought it and its first use and activation and everything. But if the winner has issues, I'll try to get them sorted out so they can enjoy Windows XP, and credits are fair in distribution. Thanks alot, nickgirard23!
