This is the perfect dress for Halloween-BRIGHT ORANGE!!! 100% silk Malaysia butterfly dress. It fits a US size 12/14. I only wore this once. It is in excellent condition AND SUPER SOFT. I bought it this past summer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Assalamu alaikum. Yes, you can let out the dress where the sleeves attach, which is 16" from the bottom. The sleeves are very wide. You could make it into a long tunic, but there would be a seam where the sleeves attached. The bottom measures 33" across. It is 54 " long. Susan
