Scouter's Key Knot award patch older green background. This be I estimate from 1960s to 1970s of Green Boy Scout scouts bsa uniform shirt. The knot patch was sewn on a shirt but can be sewn again.

I am not sure of the age of the patch. My guess is maybe 1960s to 1970s. Patch seems in generally decent shape. However the back of the patch looks to just be cloth and threads. No backing or plastic backing. The patch looks where can be put on a shirt, vest, jacket, blanket, etc. Also can be put in a display frame or case.
