Look at my auction for this same plant in pink.
I'll bet you've never heard of creeping baby breath. I sure didn't know it existed until I found these seeds. The name "gypsophile" means "lover of gypsum".
It is described as a low growing, trailing perennial with narrow gray or green leaves that grow no more than 10" high and usually much less. Normal height is 4 - 8". It is covered with airy sprays of tiny white flowers from early to mid summer and it is easy to care for. The spread is up to 2ft. or more.
Uses for creeping baby breath: It is an adaptable rock garden plant and makes a fine ground cover.
The stems tend to rot if kept too wet. Do not let dry out between watering.
Sow seeds in cell packs or flats. Press into soil, but do not cover. The seeds need light to germinate.
