The tag states 3T to 4T but this ran small and we wore it with our 2T clothes last year. Now, it is too small. Some of the ribbons of the right shoulder are coming off from poor stitching by the manufacturer. Disney Classics brand. Purchased at Toys R Us. Worn Once. Comes with new in package shoe covers that we did not wear.
