Length of boots from to top of heel is 9" the width at the top of boots is 6.25, plus new pictures taken can see better.

Is this size 4 like little girls size? What is the length from heel to toe? They are very nice and with 4 females in the house, one of them may be able to wear them. Also what would shipping be to 31082?

yes, little girls size, these have already packed up, shipping by paypal will be 8.68 includes .19 item confirmation and 1.00 materials fee if you want to guarantee your money then add 1.85 insurance fee for a total of 10.53
