I do have a paypal account, but paypal isnt allowing me to pull money out, since my name doesn't match the account bc its under my fiance. They let me spend it, but I can't pull out. And concealed cash is just senting cash by mail but concealing it with a piece of paper. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Non-slip boots. Comfortable. Not sure if waterproof; although I had worn them once or twice in the rain and not recalling having any problems. Snow? Not sure. Never worn them in snow.
