it is not a smart phone and the charger is thin its the same charger for a neon, rumor, or muziq.

No, this is not a prepaid cell...you have to have a contract with at&t and yes it has a camera! have a great day!

Umm, you can use it as a pay as you go phone. It's not the phone that matters, it's the sim chip you put in it.
