This collar is unused and has metal hardware, it is pink and when fully extended measures 20in. from the hole to the pin.Just to give everyone a better idea of sizing, I actually have a few of these so I took one of the extras to try on my dog and it fits him fine with some room to spare. He is a Husky/Beagle mix and weighs about 45lbs. I know the picture makes it look small but that is because it is pictured as the smallest it can go, it can be extended. I hope this helps, I wouldn't want anyone to use their credits and when they get it, it doesn't fit their dog.
