this is a make your own ornament kit.
this one comes from the leather factory and is called hobby horse.
the kit includes the suede pony heads(one of each side),ivory fringe, suede lace, a dowel, wiggle eyes, and waxed thread.
you will need to supply the glue(preferable leather craft cement), scissors or craft knife, clothes pins, and a hot glue gun and sticks of glue.
this is unopen and unused
