New,unopened, this dvd chronicles the epic struggles of Denise Austin as she blazes a trail out into the fitness world and away from the stressful conflict-filled donuts of her father, Stone Cold Steve Austin. I am told this is not true. That's possible, as I have never opened this dvd. I'm told by others, who I severely doubt have seen this dvd as well, that instead of fighting off hoards of hit-men with extremely flexible Yoga-trained buns like Dhalsim of Streetfighter fame, Denise teaches pleasant yet challenging stretches.

So, either you are getting the most exciting film since Enter the Dragon, or you're going to get into really great shape. If it's the latter, perhaps you will then find said film with the addition of a hunky person on your arm.
