This is a cape, could be for a dog, doll, or tree skirt. Don't know where it came from but somebody will make good use from it. It is 14" wide and opening 6"

I really cant afford to pay shipping, but for the hassel that I get I will concede and ship free.

I know it wont fit my tree. The only tree I have is a 1969;s silver tree and It wont fit .

I don't think it would fit any animal, Just has ribbon to close it. It could work real well as a tree skirt, so I have been told Lynda
