no, not four different kinds. four wraps is considered a complete application. it's a detox wrap so you wrap once, and it will help tighten tone and firm where ever you place it on your body. then in 3 or 4 days you're supost to use the next wrap, and so on. however you will see results with just one wrap! but if you use four, your results will be greater! --my website is https://kellie.myitworks.com. i'll be happy to answer any more questions you have if you message me :)

i'm sorry her results were not what she expected. There are several different factors that can affect results. First off you have to drink half your body weight in oz. before you wrap. you do not want to be dehyrtated because it could cause bloating! Also, you want to make sure you're "regular" before wrapping. Also, like i said a complete application is four wraps. the last picture is ME after wrapping ONCE... i was skeptical too at first, then the wrap made me a believer.
