akademiks, you don't wear rosaries around your neck, they are for praying. I'm not catholic anymore but I'll bid over you, just because the beads sound interesting. I wish there were picks thought, she'd get a lot more bids.

Got it, yer right, of course. But I am a disabled shut-in, whose only existing camera is a 35mm w/o film, & Hubby is dragging heels over getting me at least a 1-use dig camera so I can take pix. I just didn't want to mention any of that stuff on site cuz I don't want to be seen as 'poor pity me' or something equally vile. ;~}

As for the Q's about necklaces or actual prayer beads, I DO make necklaces & all other types of jewelry, rosaries, & prayer beads for most faith systems, & healing pieces as well (esp necklace, anklet, bracelet cuz those touch the skin most, & thus do the best work of helping w/health issues).... But this particular rosary is an actual Roman Catholic Rosary, w/the right number & type of beads (6 Paters & 53 Aves), etc. Ecumenical have a different number/type of beads, & rosaries for specific saints/deities have different again.

Whew, have to take a day off, and now I am SOOOO behind!!! Y'all are GREATLY appreciated though (made me sit up straight & do that Arsenio noise, in a Texas Yee-Haaa type of voice, cuz of where I be right now, LOL)!! If necessary, I will find pix of the type of rosaries I make, but mark it as an example, not a sample (if that makes sense)...
