The listing, 48 Adorable Mixed Beads for a Fruit Salad - FREE US Shipping has ended.

I just got my beads and decided I haad to run one quick auction and share one lot. These have to be the most adorable things I've seen in a long time.

These polymer clay beads in fruit designs average 10mm in size. You'll receive a mixed lot of 48 beads so you can make a fruit salad for your creation. These beads are drilled through the center and can be used to make earrings, necklaces, bracelets or whatever your creative mind can imagine.

They include dragon fruit, grapefruit, oranges, lemons, limes, apples, kiwi, watermelon, white watermelon, strawberries, and passionfruit.

The 2 pictures of the jewelry above are just for comparison and to give you an idea of what can be done with these types of beads. They are NOT included in the auction!

FREE US Shipping.

Winner, please send your address after the auction so I can get your items out to you. Thank you for your bids.

It's alllll natahoa's fault :)

Thank you. These really are adorable. You have to see them to really appreciate them. I've see the pics of them when she had them listed and liked them. I decided I wanted some and then won some lemons from her and they're cuter than cute. Mine arrived and they're all just so neat.

You're most welcome. Give me a couple of more weeks and I'll be back into the rhythm of things and having a few more. I don't quite have the awesome jewelry findings like natahoa, but I try to offer some interesting items and I do offer free shipping :)

That's always possible :) It would be cute, I agree. I have a 2nd cousin who would love one I think, so making a couple would be as easy as one.

Hey! Hope all's well with you. I've been running around like crazy. Just had to list a group of these when mine got here even though I'm worse than busy. Had a yard sale yesterday and today and now it's clean-up time. Right now I'm pretending my house is invisible, lol. The mess will still be there in a few hours, right?

A little over a week to go to Sturgis and I'm nowhere near ready, so this is going to be the longest week, lol. Time speeds up when you're trying to do things.

Gosh, looking good. I'm tempted to bid just to get the orange ones!
Jul 29th, 2010 at 8:33:54 AM PDT by

And it being you I'd be persuaded to toss in a couple more oranges. Anyone that's bid on any of my jewelry auctions knows I'm pretty good about tossing in a couple extra items usually :)

Y'know, I'm sure they make these things, toss them into some huge bin and then scoop or count them out when they are sold, so you might get some different beads at different layers of the bin, or various bead sellers bought them at different times. My apples were all apple red, while yours look like a dark pink and purple! It's from China, the land of mystery!

ROTFL You know what? They are a dark pink! I'm just la-de-la-ing along thinking I've got red apples and nope. I knew I had purple and blue, but I thought the others were red until you pointed out the pink. Definitely time to see the eye doc again :O

Morgan, I got the link to your earrings photo to work. For some reason it had a space in "earrings" so when I took out the space the link worked. Nice ... I like them! I still haven't made any with the ones you sent me .... hmmmm!
Jul 29th, 2010 at 4:14:47 PM PDT by

Cool. I think a lot of links posted on Listia have a space in them, not sure why. I love those acrylic pandora style beads you have listed! Pearls are gorgeous no matter what they're on and I love the blue swirls :)

Our lemons are identical. I just put them together and there's no difference at all. Maybe some types of these are easy to duplicate and some aren't. That's why they're so intriguing.

These seem a little different than the ones I bought ... probably a different seller. You've got some neat ones there!
Jul 29th, 2010 at 8:37:29 AM PDT by
Original
It can be a different seller or the fact that a lot of the times no two canes will come out alike. You can only make the canes to be about 10mm by about 2-3" for any accuracy. Some of the more talented artists might be able to get a little more length out of them, but not much. If you buy a full clay cane to cut and bake yourself it's only going to be about 2" long.

Just looked at all the photos ... adorable bracelet and chains (earrings) too! I might copy your design!
Jul 29th, 2010 at 8:35:31 AM PDT by
Original
That's actually a friends design with her beads from her own clay canes, but I love the design. I told her I wanted to copy the style, too, lol. She has no problem with that.

Some day I'd love to have the patience to make a fruit clay cane, but so far all I've managed is a bullseye cane. People that do those are very patient.

I got blue ones, too, lol.
