As you can see, this cute little coat is too big for my little dog. It's made with water proof material on the outside. It does have an opening for a leash. Its a size Medium. Dry clean or hand wash only in cold water. Dry flat. Made in China. Happy Bidding!

I'm not sure what breed a paillon is. lol I'm not sure I've even heard of them. I'm sorry. My dog in the photo is a a chihuahua and its too big for him. The tag only says its a Medium. It velcro shuts and then there is a adjustable velcro strap further down. This coat is new without the tags. This was only the second time he got to try it on. I hope to see this nice coat keep someones baby warm this winter... My baby wears a small. Wish I could help you more.

so cute my baby shes a teacup chi hates clothes but we had some cool days and she did not like it so she will have to wear a coat if i find one small enough good luck

No problem... I'm posting three more pics. The one pic shows how far it stretches out from the waist band elastic. It stretches out quite a bit.

a papillon is a toy breed just a bit bigger than your guy and they have ***** ears with hair that falls down over the ears and they look like a butterfly hence they call it by the french version papillon
