mnh - is short for "mint - never hinged".
"Mint" means that the stamps are not only "unused" but in the same (assume unflawed) condition that they left the printing office.
"Never hinged" refers to the condition of the (gum) adhesive on the back.
Since for most of the history of stamp collecting, stamps have been stuck into albums with paper hinges. That disturbs the gum on the stamp to various degrees. Now that plastic mounts (sleeves that stamps are merely slid into so only the sleeve is stuck to the page) are available, collectors pay a premium for stamps that have survived with their gum intact (undisturbed).

Yes, then they are mnh. These were kept in a folder that had slots that they were filed in. Kinda like a paper rack. I bought a large collection of stamps and all of the ones I have and will be listing came from this collection.
