This little treasure is simply amazing, the detailing is intricate and on both sides, which is rare. The snake winds in out and is in a open mouth strike depiction. The silver button tests sterling, the outer case I believe is heavily gold plated Sterling or gold filled. No I am not going to damage it to test it, that would be a crime. It works perfectly.Research has shown me that just the gilded ones bring up to $100 with just regular motives.
