It has 3 green stones and 4 very small diamonds, it is 6 inches long. Sorry the pics aren't so great!

ok so the stamp is NOT AUL but ADL , ADL is French, standing for "avoirdupois". It means the item is 10K by weight of the gold

ok just to be clear this bracelet has a number of stamped on it, it is stamped 10k in 3 places. italy in 2 places and ADL in one place
